Our case against Hackney will finally be heard in the High Court – on 14th and 15th October. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for – but we still need your help.

It’s taken a long time to get here after the proceedings were adjourned earlier this year, but now Hackney will have to face London bikers in court.

This delay has unfortunately cost both us and Hackney money but while they can use taxpayers’ money, we have to cover it ourselves and rely on the generosity of our supporters.

So we’re asking you one more time to please give what you can to help us win this fight.

Every pound we raise goes directly into making sure bikers’ rights are defended, not just in Hackney, but across the UK.

If we win, the judgement could set a precedent for councils everywhere. It could even allow riders to push back against councils like Camden where charges are already in place.

We’ve already put thousands of pounds of our own money into this case because we know how important it could be. But if we’re going to defeat anti-motorcycle councils we all have to pull together and show everyone that bikers are willing to stand up for their rights!

Together we’ve stopped several councils just through our campaigning. How many others will be put off if we show them we’re willing to stand up to them in court.
