National Motorcycle Awareness Day – 12th November 2025

🏍️ British Motorcyclists Federation Supports National Motorcycle Awareness Day – 12th November 2025

Tomorrow, 12th November, the BMF are proud to stand behind National Motorcycle Awareness Day. This important day is a reminder to every road-user: look out for us, we’re out there.

Motorcyclists remain among the most vulnerable on our roads and another driver’s lack of awareness or a simple glance away can change everything. The BMF continually campaigns for better recognition of riders’ needs in highway design, road-safety policy and driver education.

As part of this year’s awareness, we’re offering vehicle window stickers you can display: “Think Bike” and “Biker Filter Friendly”. These simple stickers help spread the message to other road-users in hope they will notice and think twice.

How to get your sticker:

Ask for one at upcoming BMF-supported events (check regional pages for timings).

Contact Head Office (email: membership@bmf.co.uk) to request one via post (while stocks last).

Already got one. Great!

Post a photo of your sticker in place (on your car, van, garage door, workshop window, whatever) and tag us on social media using #britishmotorcyclistsfederation #thinkbiker #bikerfilterfriendly #NationalMotorcycleAwarenessDay #thinkbike #looktwice #looktwicesavealife — let’s show the nation our community is united.

Ride smart. Be seen. Stay safe.
