Men’s Health Week 2026

We all know the importance of carrying out pre-ride checks on our motorcycles, but when was the last time you carried out a check on yourself?

This Men’s Health Week, June 15 – 21, we’re encouraging riders to take a few moments to think about their own health and wellbeing. Whether it’s booking that health check, talking to someone, getting more active, or simply taking time to recharge, small steps can make a big difference.

Motorcycling can offer many benefits for our wellbeing – from reducing stress and improving mental health to connecting us with like-minded people through a shared passion. But looking after ourselves is just as important as looking after our bikes.

After all, we wouldn’t ignore a warning light on the dashboard, so why ignore one from our own body?

Because looking after the rider is every bit as important as looking after the motorcycle.
