It’s Legit Racing Other news 9 July 20269 July 2026 It’s Legit Racing made a memorable mark at this year’s Isle of Man TT, combining competitive performance with innovation as the team became the first to race at the TT using a sustainable fuel blend. Team rider Ryan Garside delivered an impressive ride in the Carole Nash Sportbike TT Race 1, bringing the Triumph Daytona 660 home in an excellent 27th place on his TT debut while making history with every mile. What makes the achievement even more remarkable is that It’s Legit Racing is a completely self-funded team, run by husband-and-wife duo Mark and Katherine Bannister. Supported by a small but dedicated crew consisting of PJ, Dave and Barry, the team has built its reputation through hard work, determination and a shared passion for motorcycle racing. Backed by a handful of loyal sponsors who share the team’s vision and commitment, every result is the product of countless hours of preparation, dedication and teamwork. The team’s machine ran on SUSTAIN Moto40, an FIM-approved racing fuel containing 40% sustainable content. Developed from renewable waste-derived feedstocks, Moto40 delivers race-proven performance while significantly reducing lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions compared with conventional fossil fuels. Our rider reported no compromise in power or rideability throughout practice and race week, demonstrating that sustainability and performance can go hand in hand. For It’s Legit Racing, the 2026 Isle of Man TT was about more than just results.
