Autumn Roads Await BMF News 4 November 2025 November’s here and while the chill might tempt some to tuck the bike away, we say: don’t park the passion. This month offers crisp air, golden lanes and meaningful rides that go beyond the miles. Whether it’s a café run, club meet or a reflective ride for Remembrance, now’s the time to gear up, check your bike and roll out. 🏍️ What’s On This Month – November Highlights Here’s your round-up of some UK-wide events and ride inspiration: Motorcycle Live 2025, NEC Birmingham, 15th–23rd November – the UK’s biggest bike show returns with new machines, gear, clubs and interactive zones. Ring of Red Ride, 9th November – join thousands of bikers around the M25 and M60 wearing red to form a moving poppy in honour of Remembrance Sunday. National Motorcycle Awareness Day, 12th November – a national call to drivers: look out for motorcyclists. ‘Movember’, Ride-Outs & Meet-Ups – support men’s health and mental wellbeing with themed rides and club socials all month long. Local Club Meets & Food-Stop Days — check out local riding groups or biker venues on different social platforms for ride-outs, café runs and social gatherings near you. 🧠 Awareness, Initiatives & Fun Rider Dates Motorcycle & Road-Safety Themes 12th Nov: National Motorcycle Awareness Day — ride visible, ride safe. 9th Nov: Ring of Red & Remembrance Sunday — ride to reflect and honour. Social, Food & Wellbeing Dates 3rd Nov: National Sandwich Day — café stop, anyone? 5th Nov: National Stress Awareness Day — ride to reset. 7th Nov: Men Make Dinner Day — ladies, take the road while dinner’s sorted. 17th Nov: Odd Socks Day — wear them under your boots to spark mental health conversations. 19th Nov: International Men’s Day – focus on wellbeing, resilience and community. 🛠️ Skill & Safety Workshops – Still Open Keep your skills sharp and confidence high: BMF Blue Riband Advanced Rider Award — one-day advanced training using the Motorcycle Roadcraft system. Book now! BikeSafe — police-led rider improvement with open slots across regions. BikerDown — accident-scene awareness and first aid.
