British Motorcyclists Federation Attends the 1000 Bike Revival at Mallory Park BMF News 8 July 20268 July 2026 The British Motorcyclists Federation (BMF) was pleased to attend this year’s 1000 Bike Revival at Mallory Park Race Circuit, organised by Live Promotions as part of the circuit’s 70th anniversary celebrations. With the BMF National Office based at Mallory Park, the event provided another excellent opportunity for the Federation to engage with riders, members and the wider motorcycling community during a warm and dry summer weekend. Throughout the event, the BMF stand welcomed a steady flow of visitors, giving the team the chance to talk about the Federation, answer questions about membership, discuss current motorcycling issues and showcase the work the BMF continues to undertake on behalf of riders across the UK. Visitors also took the opportunity to purchase BMF merchandise, make donations and chat with the team about the Federation’s activities and future events. One of the highlights of the weekend was the opportunity to catch up with some of our valued, affiliated clubs and organisations. During quieter moments, Net Hopkinson, BMF membership secretary and Max Holliday, BMF Media & Community Liaison, visited a number of affiliated clubs stands around the event, catching up with representatives from the Tamworth & District Classic Motorcycle Club and meeting with Susan Bocking from NABD – The National Association for Bikers with a Disability. These visits provided a welcome opportunity to strengthen relationships, discuss the valuable work being carried out by our affiliated organisations and capture a few photographs from around the event. A sincere thank you goes to everyone who stopped by the BMF stand over the weekend. Whether you came to learn more about the Federation, purchase merchandise, leave a donation or simply stop for a chat, your support is greatly appreciated and helps us continue representing the interests of motorcyclists across the UK. Peter Laidlaw, BMF Membership Services & Events Director, said: “Mallory Park Race Circuit hosted the 1000 Bike Revival as part of the circuit’s 70th anniversary celebrations. The weekend provided a great opportunity to meet lots of people and share the story of the BMF, from our beginnings in 1960 through to the work we continue to do today on behalf of motorcyclists. Our volunteers and staff did an excellent job, from setting up the gazebo and display to representing the Federation throughout the weekend in challenging conditions. As the home of the BMF National Office, Mallory Park is an important base for the Federation and the venue for several of our own events each year. I’d like to thank everyone who volunteers their time and supports the BMF and the work we do. We hope to see plenty of bikes and familiar faces at our BMF Bike Meet on Friday 10th July, as well as our August and September meets.
